Registration for Music Camp 2010
July 12-16
9:00 am until 2:00 pm

The cost for Music Camp is $60 per child - $50 for additional children in the same family.

Please complete the registration below to register your child. Your registration is not complete until the registration fee is received by the church. Checks may be made payable to First Baptist Church. They may be turned in to the Music Office or the Music & Missions Office. Please make sure they are clearly marked for Music Camp.

Note:
If you would rather not register online you can also download a registration form. Just fill out the information and return it with your check made payable to First Baptist Church to the Music Office or the Music & Missions Office.
If someone other than a parent or guardian will be picking up your child you will also need to fill out the Camper Pickup/Contact form on the second page.
