Facilities Planning Committee

The Facilities Planning Committee was organized in the Fall of 2005 with a charter to take one year to evaluate the facilities of First Baptist with an emphasis on the Christian Life Center. The committee has completed a year of evaluation and has presented a report to the church body to ask for an extension of our charter. The presentation to the church is provided online for those members who were not able to be present.

Audio Visual Committee

The Audio Visual Committee tends to the needs of our Sanctuary and First Fellowship audio, visual, and television capabilities. This committee recently hired Kirkegaard Associates, an audio consulting firm from Chicago, IL, to evaluate our sanctuary sound system. Results from this firm were presented to the church on January 20, 2008. As a result of that presentation, several questions were presented to the committee. Those questions and answers are provided here.
