Special Needs Adults Sunday Morning Bible Study
Meeting in Room 240 (former location of Main Office Suite and accessible from the East Entrance- Entrance Four) is our Sunday Morning Bible Study Class for Special Adults. Some of these members have grown up at our church and have been a part of our Sunday School for 30 years. Supported and taught by caring church members, this department is a vital weekly part of the Sunday Morning Bible Study Ministry.
Transportation can be provided upon request for this class. The transportation is provided in a church mini-bus with wheelchair capabilities and is driven by qualified drivers from our congregation. For more information about the class or to request transportation, e-mail firstname.lastname@example.org. More details are also provided on the Special Needs Adults Sunday Morning Bible Study Class page.
This ministry is for children and youth who have difficulty with transitions, a learning disability, developmental delay, vision or hearing difficulty, a physical disability, a medical condition, behavior difficulties, with mental retardation or who need special equipment. It is available during Sunday Morning Bible Study and other church activities, person-centered, individualized, flexible, compassionate and loving, accepting of differences.
The purpose of the Buddy Ministry is to provide the assistance necessary to enable all children and youth to learn about God's love and grow in faith.
If you have a child or know a child who needs special help while at church and would like more information, contact the Childhood Ministries Office at 256-428-9411 or Joy Moore, email@example.com.
